You’re Invited to The 6th Annual Orlando Caribbean Festival PressConference


Orlando, Florida – February 7, 2017 – Multicultural Production & Entertainment has been bringing the best in music to the Haitian and Caribbean communities in Orlando for six years. This year they have created an even bigger event by adding a family fair. On Saturday, March 18, 2017, at the Central Florida Fairgrounds, some of the Caribbean’s top artists and a few of the hottest DJ’s will be on hand to give the public what they have been longing for, great music and family fun.

The Orlando Caribbean Festival and Family Fair will include a variety of
kid-friendly activities, including rides, games, horseback riding and theme park attractions. Two great Caribbean additions to this year’s line-up are Jamaican dancehall artist, best known for his hit song “No Games,” Serani and Bajan Soca artist whose “Tempted to Touch” single took him to the top of the charts, Rupee. Hosted by Junior Riggolo, the show will also include Haitian fan favorites Klass, Disip, Djakout #1, Kreyol La, Harmonik, Shoubou, Shassy, Kai, 5Lan, T-Vice, Gabel and DJ’s like Mail La, Dj Stakz, DJ Diamond Sunshine, DJ Nasheen Fire, Natural Mystic, Dj Steppa and Allstars.

From amazing foods to specialty vendors, the 6th Annual Orlando Caribbean Festival and Family Fair brings people of all ethnicities and all ages together. Be it Jamaican, Trini, Haitian or Antillean, the Caribbean is well represented by the music, food and arts encompassed in an entire day of quality entertainment worth the $35 in advance admission plus the cost of rides.

“We are so happy to give our patrons something new. For six years the public has answered the call to come and enjoy a day out at the Central Florida Fair, and this year we wanted to add a little something as a thank you. Who doesn’t love a fair?” says Adner D’Haiti, CEO of Multicultural Production & Entertainment.

To kick-off Saturday’s festivities in grand style there will be a Press Conference at The Rosen Center on Friday, March 17, 2017, and two can’t miss parties for people to plan for. The official Kick-Off party at Majestic Ballroom is a 2-Room 4-Band event featuring Disip, Klass, Harmonik and 5Lan, with the added incentive of DJ Stakz, DJ Ricardo, DJ KBZ and DJ Goose, hosted by Black Kritik. Also that evening is a “By Invitation-Only” Masquerade happening at The Rosen Center with the group T-Vice, with special guests Shoubou of Tabou Combo. To close out the weekend the party continues at Majestic Ballroom on Sunday, March 19, 2017 with 5Lan, Shassy, Kai and Mikaben, hosted by DJ Darlin and music by DJ Stakz and DJ Styl.
